How Global Links is Helping SNAP Recipients
The Global Links Community Partners Program specializes in providing partner organizations with medical and personal hygiene supplies that are needed but not available to people due to gaps in insurance coverage, affordability of co-pays, or lack of coverage by other assistance programs like SNAP (food stamps). Our program improves health by filling essential product gaps for human service agencies, so that they, in turn, may empower the people they serve to live with dignity, independence, mobility, and in good health. With a reduction in SNAP benefits, the need for our medical and personal hygiene supplies will increase. You can help by donating Personal Care Kits per our instructions or making a financial donation to support our local Medical Aid programs.
